Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lower quality They're still usable but definitely not as soft or strong as they were in the past. Maybe they're thinner because the sheets rips too easily for 3-ply. Not worth the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed I have used kleenex brand 3 ply tissue for as long as i can remember, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your product currently. Your 3 ply now feels like 1 ply. I need 2 tissue now for effectiveness. Not only do I feel the quality has dropped, but you also joined the ban wagon on "shrinkflation". I only get 60 sheets now verses 65. This doesn't leave me too many reasons for continuing with your brand. Sad to say good bye after some 40 years of use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pathetic engineering We have bought Kleenex my entire life. I’m 81. New packaging is awful. Inevitably after pulling a dozen tissues out, the rest fall off and can’t be retrieved without turning box upside down and using tweezers to restart the “feed”.
